United Airlines is currently running its one-way fare sale. You can find domestic flights for as low as $49. The lowest-priced routes can be found from Dallas, Texas to Denver, Colorado and Los Angeles to Las Vegas.
This sale is valid on travel from December 19, 2018, until May 22, 2019. According to United’s website:
Includes taxes and fees. Additional baggage charges, fees for other optional services, and restrictions may apply. Specific travel dates apply. Fare availability is capacity controlled. Fares may not be available on all days or on all flights. Fares are nonrefundable except during the first 24 hours after purchase and are subject to change at any time. Advance purchase may be required.

Fares shown are valid for travel on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Fares are valid in the Economy (Coach) cabin on United/United Express carriers and certain codeshare operated flights only. Some flights may be operated by the following airlines, doing business as United Express: Air Wisconsin, CommutAir, ExpressJet Airlines, GoJet Airlines, Mesa Air, Republic Airlines, Shuttle America, SkyWest Airlines or Trans States Airlines.
Travel is not valid on December 21-23, 26, 27, 29 and 30, 2018.
With United’s basic economy fare, the following restrictions apply:
- Basic Economy fares are non-changeable and nonrefundable, except as stated by the United 24-hour flexible booking policy.
- Seats are automatically assigned prior to boarding and can’t be changed. Customers traveling together, including families, will not be able to sit together.
- You’re allowed one small personal item that fits under the seat in front of you, such as a shoulder bag, purse, laptop bag or other small item that is 9 inches x 10 inches x 17 inches.
- Ticket changes are not allowed. This includes advance changes and same-day changes, even for Premier members. Basic Economy fares are nonrefundable.
