Can You Find Love On Vacation? These Travelers Seem To Think So
Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and love is in the air. Well, for some of us. While most will be basking in romantic bliss with their boo or potential boo, others will be on the prowl looking to find that special someone for February 14 of next year. So what does one do when its cold outside and there is no one around to keep them warm?
You book a flight, of course. But while you’re there, ask yourself this question: do you think it’s possible to find true love while traveling, or just temporary flings? We already asked and its clear that travelers are hopeless romantics.

When you travel, there is a possibility that you’ll meet someone attractive. You might set up a dinner date or a nice walk around town, depending on where you go. Travelers might exchange numbers, but never see each other again or start a beautiful romance. Some travelers are open to both.
Have you ever been on vacation and hit it off with someone? Those are the times you will never forget when you get back to reality. Some travelers admit that finding love abroad is the best way to go.
A study done by Plenty of Fish found that 70 percent of singles are open to meeting other singles while traveling. Forty-six percent of people are committed to that and use dating apps while on vacation. Twenty-two percent have actually fallen in love on a trip. Jazz and Marc, for example, met while on vacation in Bali and just after ten days of meeting, decided to travel together.
It is very possible to meet the love of your life while traveling to different places. All it takes is an open mind and an even bigger heart. We are happy to hear that travelers are open to trying it.
For some, they feel that’s the only way they might find love. It’s worth the try.
