A new travel subscription box is launching mid-March. The Travel Boxx, which will ship quarterly, features five TSA-approved items, including travel gadgets, smart travel options, skincare products, and snacks.

Founder Caroline Sande, a 32-year-old London resident, said the idea for The Travel Boxx was sparked through conversations with other travel content creators during quarantine on the lack of an all-in-one travel essentials box.

“My love of travel and entrepreneurship led me to create this brand and provide something of value within the travel community,” she told Travel Noire. “The goal for The Travel Boxx is to provide travelers with essential travel items while allowing them to save time and money.”

“As an entrepreneur, I’ve seen the impact the pandemic has had on the travel industry, particularly on small brands and start-ups. I wanted to create a space that encourages collaboration between those brilliant minds and businesses, while also providing a useful product to customers.”

“We are on a conscious pursuit to spotlight start-ups or lesser-known small businesses with travel must-haves to be used at home or on the go. Customers get to try out products and gadgets from brands they may not have otherwise discovered and can enjoy exclusive members-only discounts at the same time.”

In addition to being the creator of The Travel Boxx, Caroline is also a travel content creator and the founder of TravelEatSlay, an apparel brand and community of travel enthusiasts.

Last year, Caroline also launched The Black Travel Directory to address the lack of diversity in the travel industry. The directory contains over 300 Black-owned brands, content creators, bloggers, and industry service providers.

A limited number of exclusive samples of The Travel Boxx are available for purchase as a teaser of what to expect after the company’s spring launch. The sample box features a collapsible water bottle, sanitizer spray, a bamboo straw, face masks, and a universal adapter. It also contains three surprise bonus products.

The Travel Boxx costs £30 per quarter, and each box contains items equaling a recommended retail price of at least £90. Additional international shipping costs and customs do apply.

Boxes are delivered in the first week of each quarter, every March, June, September, and December. For more information about The Travel Boxx, visit www.thetravelboxx.co.uk.
