This Emperor spent his reign encouraging the country to modernize, bringing Japan into a new era. The Empress was committed to social welfare and the education of women. This shrine is a beautiful memorial that you won’t want to miss.

If you have a valid Japanese/international driving license, you can rent a Go-Kart and drive around in character’s costumes.
