There’s no shortage of delicious food to try in Atlanta, but One Flew South is in a league of its own. Located in the Concourse E of the busiest airport in the world, One Flew South is the type of restaurant you’d expect to find in Midtown Atlanta, with the chef taking a new approach to international cuisine. It’s surprising that it took so long for the airport to get a fine dining restaurant, but with menu items like soy glazed grouper and thyme-roasted pork belly, sushi and an exceptional wine and cocktail menu, a meal here will have you wanting to extend your time in Atlanta.

Logan International Airport – Boston, Massachusetts

 

It’s hard to visit Boston without stopping into Legal Sea Foods, a chain of casual-dining eateries that are everywhere you turn in Massachusetts. If you have some time at Logan Airport while you wait for a connecting flight, go here to get a taste of a Boston staple. There are five locations within Logan alone, so it’s simple to get your seafood fix.

Located in Terminal 2 of LAX, the airport is the only place you’ll find Slapfish in LA County, so if you’re flying to or from the city of Angeles of will be there for a layover, the laidback seafood eatery is worth a visit.

Head to Terminal 1 the next time you’re flying in or out of O’Hare to get a taste of Chicago-style hot dogs and beer and beer or cocktails at this quiet eatery. The vibe here is laidback and will definitely help ease any travel frustration you may have before your next flight. The prices are fair and the food is fantastic to be in an airport.
