Valentine’s Day is the most romantic day of the year. But, if you haven’t been successful with finding love in the U.S., Virgin Atlantic wants to help.
The UK-Based airline is offering US-based singles the opportunity to fly first-class to London to try their luck at love on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.
The contest, appropriately named ‘Tickets to Love,’ includes a first-class flight, a glass of champagne upon boarding, delicious 3-course-meal service, and a chance to meet other travelers in The Loft social space of the cabin, before enjoying a weekend stay at The Standard, London.
According to Virgin Atlantic, interested participants can pitch their story from January 27 until February 13, 2022, explaining why they deserve a trip to the U.K. to find long-term love and what kind of romance they’re looking for this spring. Eight winners will be selected to fly from New York to London on March 11, 2022.
“Winners will have the opportunity to enjoy the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at New York’s JFK airport, experiencing premium food and drink options, tips from dating expert Jared Haibon as well as a love reading from a psychic,” Virgin Atlantic reveals.
To be eligible for this promotion, contestants must be legal residents of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico and all U.S. territories and possessions) and Washington, D.C., 18 years of age or older; and not in a committed romantic relationship as of the date of entry.
